I have issues with Kallie Plagge myself, I just don’t think her reviews are very good in general, her review of Last of Us 2 was pretty poor(and trans gamer Dr Eleanor Lockheart AKA Bootleg Girl agreed with me on that front)and I remember one time she negatively reviewed a Pokemon game because it had “too much water”,

well it’s more accurate to say they are CDPR fans and they’re pretty sure they will like the game based on their love of the publishers previous works, that’s how I am with Ubisoft, i’ve not played Far Cry 6 obviously but there’s a damn good chance i’ll like it since i’ve liked every other FC game(well aside from

Being a fan is not inherently negative nor is the term fandom, it’s when you go from fan to “FANATIC” that it becomes a problem, a fan praises a piece of work and wants to share it with others and is open to hearing criticisms of said work, a FANATIC demands people only say positive things about said work, tries to

LOL no you aren’t, that’s total BS, especially if you buy the game used as that money is only going to the seller. Plus newsflash, most devs don’t want people to boycott their games as that does absolutely nothing to help them whatsoever, especially since often their bonuses are tried directly to game sales, at least

Speaking of Gies, i’m still cringing at his godawful Bayonetta 2 review, where he stupidly slammed it as being “sexist” when it was anything but, TotalBiscuit rightfully called him out for that.

plenty of people love eating at mob-owned restaurants.

Same deal with Ubisoft, like yeah it sucks that higher ups did such awful things, but people want to hear about the game itself not the drama surrounding the publisher, that’s better suited for it’s own separate article.

Its funny and ironic how you are criticizing fans for going after review outlets for pointing out Cyberpunk’s glitches when you yourself had a go at Jim Sterling on Twitter in public over his negative review of Homefront the Revolution(he gave it his lowest score because he’d played the PC version which was loaded

there’s ample ways to do that, make it so that there are actual financial penalties the officer has to pay if they don’t do their jobs properly, cops don’t get paid a lot so if they want to avoid losing their homes, they’ll be incentivized to actually do their jobs right.

oh hello Kamala hater, I remember you troll.

I disagree on that because of actual murderers like James Holmes.

he was also really good in Men of War.

I always thought he came off as way too picky and arrogant on his blog.

I remember reading about the history of the show on Fortunecity(anyone remember that site?)it was a bit more nuanced in that it wasn’t solely blaming John for the show’s long distance between new episodes, Nick execs were portrayed as being overly

Polanski’s victim has said she’s totally fine with people still enjoying his films.

Baby Blues was criminally underrated IMO, I heard there was a season two fully animated but never came out, too bad, the Bittermans were hilarious.

To be fair, Ripping Friends only turned out so mediocre because the clueless execs forced John and his team to animate everything on-model, which makes zero sense considering off-model animation was his signature style, so it resulted in a bland-looking show that John and most everyone else hated.

I thought it was OK for what it was.

i’ve got autism(like Thad who write the book Sick Little Monkeys) so I don’t pick up on body language very well, so while the intro seemed odd it didn’t really scream “rapey” to me.

I bought it and while the intro was bizarre it didn’t strike me as illegal.

I liked that show, but even back when I saw that DVD I thought that intro was a bit weird.
