@zelannii: Of course a current mac can play WoW, the game's engine was released just about 6 years ago now. There have been no major changes to its functionality since then.

@Guard: They didn't use older technology to tout longer battery life; they kept the SAME technology, removed the HDD, put flash memory on the logic board, and made the batteries bigger.
