Yeah and Doug Herzog and Bonnie Hammer (execs who cancelled the show at Comedy Central and SCI FI, as it was known then) are now the heads of their respective cable divisions.
Variety states that Shout! Factory now owns the rights completely, and all intellectual property therein. Great news - they've bled love for the series for years now, & have also been a genre-centric company - especially their terrific horror release sublabel Scream Factory.
