Clearly the FTC saw Phil Spencer’s comment that it would be fun to make another Hexen game and were like, “We need to do everything we can to stop this.”

But he never said he didn't. Is he complaining?

*Looks at that list and does not see best pokemon Chikorita*

I’m gonna have to make the next Pokemon game myself if I want this bloody pokemon....

I felt like an idiot because it took me two days to realize you could just ascend through a cave/well and not have to fast travel out. I think we all have a few of those moments that make us go “I’m an idiot for not figuring this out sooner” which makes this game so great.

Never been a fan of mod monetization. If you want to make a commercial product, then make your own game instead of modifying an existing one and leeching off the work of others. Taking optional donations on Patreon or whatever is fine but selling mods just seems scummy.

And then you have the mod makers who act like theyre god’s gift to modding and throw hissy fits and just take all their mods down the second their fragile egos are hurt.

Oh my god, shut the fuck up. Go shoot some Bud Light to make your fee fees better.

Other people have told you why Kotaku wrote an article about it, but I can tell you why it’s on your screen: you clicked on it.

Because it’s fun to watch bad things happen to evil people.

U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez quickly pointed out that she had more viewers join when she famously played Among Us on Twitch with Pokimane and Hasan Piker.”

When will you people realize that Republicans are deathly allergic to facts? Pointing out the obvious truth is going to send them into anaphylactic

Another parent not taking responsibility for their kids actions.

Anything with 2K in the name means it’ll be littered with microstransactions and the game’s progression/grind will be tuned to force you to spend. Their games used to be great, now they’re just gross.  They even make EA look good.

Heh, my first encounter with them was right out of a comedy show, so every time I see them now, I just get a chuckle.

I was trying to make short work of an enemy camp right after I had exited the tutorial area, and decided that a good way of doing that was attaching a flame thrower to my shield and just burning

The last midnight release/time I waited in line was for the Switch (& BOTW) at GameStop. Worth it, especially since I was able to squeeze into my Reggie shirt still. I did not do it for PS5. We’ll see for the next Nintendo system.

Despite being such old hardware, BoTW nonetheless proved revolutionary. I don’t think anyone in 2017 came away from it thinking, “oh, what could have been!” It was already grander than anything since Ocarina of Time, and resolved a lot of open world design issues that have plagued games in the 20 years since Ocarina.

Seems like the style was lost in translation. More effort than the end result was worth.

So they made digital files to make embroidery to make digital files. It’s cool I suppose but I guess I’m missing the point. Would be more akin to Cuphead if they made the embroidery by hand and digitized it. From an embroidery standpoint these are really basic compared to high quality digitization. Again, cool idea

Maam this is a video game website

i believe her name is Tits McLink

It’s neither.  The whole point is to force the gamer to get creative with their inventions, so you never know what you’re going to get, but you still have to make it work.
