True. My opinion is that the skill set of a governor is closer to that of a president, than that of a senator or representative. OTOH, bringing knowledge of being in Congress also has its advantages; just ask President Johnson. Both? Very promising.

The funny thing? If it were labeled as chicken with soy, that might be appealing to many customers.

Actually, thanks to all those regulations, you *can* sleep better at night, secure in the knowledge that these same regulations have forced auto manufacturers to produce substantially safer vehicles than in years past. A Pinto would never pass muster today.

Actually, I’m impressed by how reliable airbags have been, Takata excepted. We all drive around with a tiny amount of explosive right in front of our faces, just waiting literally to blow up in our faces. The mere fact of just how rare problems are, is a testament to automobile and airbag manufacturers. Again, Takata

You may be right, but I think a stronger dynamic is that the billionaires are terrified of a President Warren or Sanders. This is a major reason why both Bloomberg and Patrick have entered the race: to protect the wealth of billionaires from “socialism.”
