It is a virtual guarantee that Pence will not be impeached and removed, absent the proverbial catching him in bed with a dead woman or a live boy.

Remember that impeachment is not intended to be partisan. It is not supposed to be a way to change policy. It is intended to remove someone who is unfit for and/or unworthy of the Presidency.

This is exactly what happened in the 1970s: VP Spiro Agnew was induced to resign in lieu of being arrested while VP. That cleared the way for inducing Nixon to resign with a competent and clean politician (Ford) to ascend to the presidency.

I’m not a sedan person, because I need additional cargo room and accessibility. But this sounds like a good move. Bummer, though, that you can’t get the AWD with the V6. Oh well.

In addition, I can’t get “load more comments” to work more than once, sometimes not at all.

The last time I flew, a nice lady had a therapy/support dog. I am not afraid of flying, and I am not stressed about it beyond all the indignities and violations of our autonomy and privacy associated with flying post-9/11. However, I like dogs, so I enjoyed patting it.

I dunno, there should be animals in airports in at least certain contexts. For example, I’d like to eat a tasty hamburger or steak during a long layover....

When I read the headline, I thought the text would go in another direction. I thought it was going to concern advice to Sandler not to get typecast, to take different kinds of roles. The reality was even more basic than that.

Thanks for noticing, and for taking me out of the grays for these messages. I don’t know what’s happening re grays. Maybe this is more Kinja Jalopnik flakiness? I just went back through several days of my Jalopnik posts, and I don’t see anything remotely controversial in any of my posts.

Or maybe it was a temporary glitch? That message wasn’t grayed. 

Not only that, but I appear to be in the grays in Jalopnik as of today. I’ve been out of the grays over here for years. To the best of my knowledge, I haven’t violated any Kinja policy, unless we aren’t allowed to talk about herbs.

I think I used to drive a car that was similarly equipped, a long time ago. I just don’t remember which one. It definitely wasn’t a Prelude--I never owned or regularly drove one of those. 

I hope his previous attorney is still around and can testify to this.
