One of the perks of living in (most of) NYC is being able to forego owning a car, and using mass transit for almost all of life. That helps offset the additional cost of living in NYC.

Actually, in terms of cars, when I think of early BMWs in the U.S., I think of the 2002. Yes, there were even earlier models, and I have been in a passenger in a few of them, but that’s the one that started to catch on here.
