Apparently Overwatch is playable with one hand :P

Makes sense. Is probably why RE7 is getting DLC so quickly after the launch of the main game.

I, for one, didn’t buy FF15 at launch, even though I wanted to, simply because I didn’t have enough time then, and there were too many other games I wanted released around that time, too. But now that I see it’s getting all

Mountain Dew or Crab Juice?

At first I’m like “Whoa, cool, I should download it before it gets a take-down notice!”, but then I’m like “Oh, ROM hack. Never done that before; sounds like a lotta work :/”

Well, I’ll enjoy the inevitable Let’s Plays of it :P

I absolutely agree with Tildaven - not everyone is entitled to a video game simply because it exists. I’d really like to own a Tesla, but it’s way out of my financial reach at the moment, which doesn’t give me justification to steal one off the lot. Plus, kids shouldn’t be playing this game anyway...

This is easily one of my favorite Kotaku art posts. Love these!

This made me lol more than it probably needed to XD

I love these Kotaku art posts. I’ve gotten so many new desktop backgrounds from them!

I’m gonna Star this post just for “WookieMorph”

Probably been said already, but I guess the Rule 34 people have some work to do...

I’ve still never heard a convincing argument - why do people pirate games?
Only excuse I find legitimate is if you want to demo the game to make sure your PC can run it, and if it can and you like the first hour or two then you’ll buy it. Otherwise, how is it not outright theft? DRM wouldn’t be necessary if people

I hadn’t been to Arby’s in a super long time (a lot of it has to do with very few of their locations have been in a convenient spot for me, maybe coincidentally). But finally was nearby one recently, was hungry while waiting for something, remembered these ads, and was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. I’ll

Looking at the Trophy list after beating the game revealed some game mechanics that I didn’t realize were even in the game since the game doesn’t teach them to you, which I kind of appreciate by leaving things for players to discover on their own. I’d like to go back and try them, maybe collect some of the Trophies

I don’t quite understand the strong dislike for DRM. It just seems weird to me that games are this special thing that people seem to expect to be open and free and available to anyone and you can pay what you like for them (or not pay at all). I don’t recall any other product or service with the same mentality behind

I’m no expert by any means, but I’ll at least add that I bought and played through Inside while the DRM was active and didn’t notice any drops in performance. But I’m also primarily a console gamer so if performance dropped even a little I probably didn’t notice :P

I still don’t understand the occasional hatred for this game. I’ve played it pretty often since launch and I still absolutely love it. I normally don’t enjoy multiplayer-only competitive shooter games like CoD, but something about Overwatch just clicks with me.

I got it somewhat close to launch, but a number of friends had clocked a lot of hours already so I also felt behind at first. But I’ve LOVED the game ever since. It’s like my new Smash Bros (which I played quite frequently before Overwatch, lol). And like others have said, I just don’t enjoy highly competitive

I, too, got the sense that it’s basically just Kingdom Hearts (particularly in the gameplay). But that’s actually the reason I want to pick this game up at some point :P I’m too impatient for turn-based combat in games, so real-time combat made me interested in a Final Fantasy game for the first time, lol. I

I played it quite often at first, but so many issues that people complained about since launch were never fixed and it wore down my patience, so I stopped playing.
- Too many rats and pigeons
- Luck-based capture system rather than skill-based (Even when using a berry, ultra ball, curveball, hit inside the circle to say

Kotaku could not locate the alleged dicks”
