My favorite bike innovation was the “Bike Shark” that plugged into the end of your handlebar and made your pedaling 25% more efficient. So many races won...
If he doesn’t have the strength to get out of the vehicle he doesn’t have the strength to operate the brake and accelerator adapters which are clearly visible in that vehicle and should be charged with reckless endangerment.
Too early?
BMWs notion that they were going after Tesla with the i3 is insane. They were up against the Leaf, Volt, and Bolt. Most people with BMW money didnt want a gussied up Leaf, they wanted an electric 3/5/7/x. Tesla gave them some semblance of that, BMW didnt. Im seeing a lot more interest in used i3s though. Knock the i3s…
The problem with the i3 isn’t that it was too early. And it isn’t, as a lot of people suggest, because it was too ugly.
Actually, they have proven beyond any shadow of a doubt, that full on violent Fascism is their new core value above all else. There is a damned good reason why they’re changing laws across the country to their benefit. By 2024, this will be a one party country, with the Fascists in charge.
It does make me wonder how much the affluence/relative power of the cyclists has to do with this. People that buy and use expensive bikes like the ones pictured in the first story are much more likely to have connections themselves, to lawyers and officials outside of the small-town mentality.
So, Tesla is moving its headquarters to a state that won’t allow Tesla to sell its products within state boundaries?
Maybe if the car manufacturers would move to the later chip fabrication methods, have faster fucking chips in them, and didn’t allow their infotainment systems to be slow as fuck, they wouldn’t be in this mess.
I’m not big on it, but as long as automakers keeping putting shitty infotainment systems (looking at you Toyota) in their cars, people are going to keep pushing for it. Also the couple times I used a newer Volvo’s infotainment system, it sucked. Layout is funky and things are difficult to navigate.
Modern “conservatives” are not really conservatives in any meaningful sense of the term. They are a poisonous mix of bigots, proudly ignorant, corporate pirates, general tantrumers, and fucking objectivists. They’d rather tear down America than take pride in its achievements and institutions. I’d say they are hellbent…

That requires it to be still running at the end of that year.
You want cavernous, the minivan is the right answer. Camping with kids means gear, and minivans swallow up a prodigious amount of that.
It’s worth reading the article. “Induced demand” is why adding lanes typically increases the number of cars on the road and traffic continues to move at the same speed. So, yes, your point that adding lanes places more cars on the road is very true, but that also means more drivers impacted by the traffic (which then…
