Wow, you make a bunch of assumptions and then criticize me based on them. Firstly, I explained that I wanted to use Optical because all my HDMI ports were in use. I was able to unplug one rarely used device, but, if I want to use it again? I guess, I just have to get an HDMI switch. More complications, more remotes.
What are you even talking about? Modern TVs are easier to set up than a new phone.
My Leaf loses a lot of range in cold weather (cold by SF Bay Area standards) and it has a heat pump. I think that operating both the heater and the A/C for demisting is part of the problem, but the lack of active thermal management of the battery is a bigger issue.
Maybe an Aston Martin boat would be more useful for when rising oceans make vehicular access impossible?
Hybrids and hydrogen, he believes, are great alternatives, especially as EV prices remain high — something Toyota pointed out.
Did anyone double check it wasn’t leaking oil over the back tires?
“known”, not “unknown” in the article as you faithfully quoted it.
I think there is some confusion in the reporting about the yacht, its size and its value.

Strangely, neither did the article you linked to make any mention of “HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS”, in fact it talked about 10s of billions -- most of which was a pure paper loss: writedown of assets.
I don’t think your example is valid. If by “chips” you are talking about semiconductors, these don’t come from random suppliers that might be in one country or another: tooling is too expensive, so we have single suppliers for most chips.
Following on this, the M6 Toll (correct name, not Midland Expressway) runs parallel to the A38 for a stretch. Guess what happened to the speed limit on the A38 when the M6 Toll opened? Yes, you are right, they reduced the speed limit and added average speed cameras for most of the stretch where it runs parallel. The…
Here in California, they have a hybrid flow for Real-ID. Upload all the documents which are validated, then make an appointment to show original versions of the documents and your face. I found that appointments after 4:30 were easy to make and the line was short — all the driving tests had finished by 4:30.
Or, as others have mentioned, a Global Entry card.
Huh, it’s almost as if fuel prices are cyclical and linked to supply and demand.
