Cylon was my first thought.

except no one is saying rape is funny. What is funny is the juxtaposition that people think the eternal boy scout (aka superman) could have a facial appearance which looks like a sexual predator.

LMAO, I hadn't heard the "Rape-face" comment. That's so wrong, but so funny.

Oh no, that Superman picture was awful. The setting, and the costume were fine but it made Henry Cavill's Superman look like a middle aged Christopher Walken.

She's giving me a little Julie Newmar. I like it.

I think you and bma2192 are right, the hair is too poofy.

I have no problem with the suit in this photo, however I rather do not like how they've made Henry Cavill look. He is such a hot man, and in this picture it doesn't show. Even worse he looks aged 10-15 years. Contrast this with the on set ones with him as Clark. They are night and day. As clark he looks youthful

Yes, Gwendoline Christie, a British actress, was cast as Brienne. She looks to be able to pull the part off, although I still think Dot-Marie Jones would have made a most excellent Brienne.

Completely agree. The beginning was sappy, but it has grown into something much greater.

He's been that way the whole series, and to be honest I think he's ruining the series for me. :-(

It's cool and all, but where's the Bifrost?

You win.

My thoughts exactly.

Some (well most actually) of those are great, however the lady two face was amazing. Seriously wow.

I don't get that either. Record ratings and budget cuts aren't usually mentioned together.

Well this sucks.

Nice, very nice. :-)

Meh, the show already has the romance dynamic so I'm loving the new interpersonal dynamic by having Jinx be a gay man.

Watched this the other day and it was DREADFUL. In 100% agreement with you Charlie Jane when you say watching it gives you the impression the makers have "never really read a good superhero comic, or gotten the slightest idea why superheroes work."
