@neums: Sorry, but that word is every bit as offensive as the N word.

Annalee, please refrain from using such an offensive language. The F word isn't cool to use.
@Falcon304: Of course there was a reason to it. He considered her a traitor to their clan for cooperating, and going to earth through the stones was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back.
For me, the only story I know I would love to read from the HP universe would be that of Dumbledore. Writing a new novel in the HP universe would be all kinds of risky. While the payoff for taking this risk could be a really good book, I'm not sure the risk of devaluing the HP universe is worth it.
"Russell T. Davies says the show will strive to make all three leads - Captain Jack, Gwen, and new character Rex Matheson - accessible to new viewers:"
I was concerned for this season, but after having viewed it I can say excepting the new version of the theme song (which sucks) I was pleasantly surprised to learn my concerns were for naught.
@James Valentine: Sorry, but no matter if it is publicly funded or not it still seems like there are better uses for the limited amount of $ that are used to fund research programs.
Dear lord can I get a DUH!!!! This is the exact kind of research that is a total waste of money that is needed for real research.
@GGear0323: I get what you are saying, but Looking for "God" is just too big of a story. And it makes me think Star Trek V & BSG "Angels".
Great episode with one teeny tiny huge exception. The purpose of Destiny. It really didn't make much sense, and even more frightening it sets up a potential for a quest type show, but without a clear antagonist. Ugh.
@KirkVox: AMEN!
@ooodz: good point
@ceptri: That was my thought also.
Liked everything except the Crowley reveal. Mostly because I just don't see him or any demon being able to pull gramps out of heaven.
Any idea if the 2nd season will air fall 2011 or maybe, hopefully sooner.
@atdaysend: The Thomas Covenant series was very good, but I always preferred Stephen R. Donaldson's Mordant's Need series (The Mirror of Her Dreams (1986) & A Man Rides Through (1987))
Really cool looking, and would probably film beautifully, however still a blasphemous take on Superman.
YAY for the return of Misfits.
The way this show was aired should be considered child abuse from its creators.
I really don't get all the pissing and moaning about what they did to RHPS. I mean come on this is a show on at 8pm on a broadcast network marketed heavily to the teen set, what did you expect.
