Agreed. The big problem with Hollywood is how decentralized it is, and guys like Weinstein typically have total control over their respective production companies. Far be it from me to advocate for a more conventional corporate model, but yeah, something like that needs to be in place.

I’m all for that. Having said that, at the end of the day this isn’t about Hollywood people being especially more cowardly than people anywhere else, rather, it points to the amount of unchallenged power men like Weinstein wield in the industry.
