I went to film school, which means I'll always check out a theory/analysis and will accept it if the evidence is there, and I'm all for Lars being trans if the creators have that in mind. It's just that because I never picked up on it and nobody ever explained to me where they got the idea that Lars is trans, it sorta

That one never crossed my mind. I always took her for short chick with some thickness to her, but straight up little person is a definite possibility. Kinda curious what her never-seen dad looked like.

You leave cheese out of this! Cheese only wants to love and be loved!

You can take that talking point and SHOVE IT UP YOUR CANDY ASS!

Yeah, I gotta sit, read it and see what it's all about. I've heard this "Lars is Trans" talk, but have no idea where people are getting from. I'm definitely not opposed to the idea, I just never picked up on why people think so.

I liked this one more than Doug Out, but it's perhaps because I have a particular read on Lars that may or may not pan out. It goes without saying that he's desperate to be cool and my own take is that it extends to his feelings for Sadie. Simply put, I think he's embarrassed by her. Better said, I think he's

Only because it's on top of the plate she actually wants to eat, though.

I wonder though: Does the war criminal part apply only to shattering, or to the rebellion as a whole? Because I read it as more a blanket statement on Rose's actions in general (at least, how they could be perceived) instead of one specific action.

I wasn't as stoked on this episode as others as I didn't think the theme of Doug's feelings of inadequacy were established well enough early on. I was just kind of "Oh, so that's what this was about," at the end. Still, it was a decent enough episode. Certainly nice looking with lots of cute Steven/Connie/Doug

Will tip my hand as a writer here and say that a fantasy project I'm working on specifically jams the "chosen one" thing up just because I think it's so very done as a trope. Heroes aren't always destined. In real life they just happen into it.

Yeah. For someone who comes off fake, Howard is actually really genuine. Patrick Fabian doesn't get near enough credit for his performance. He sells a very tricky character to pull off.

Tears, my friend, tears of joy as I envision this.

If this actually were to happen, it would very likely knock Last One Out of Beach City as my favorite episode.

More depressingly, if you binge The Sopranos, you can see James Gandolfini gain weight over the course of the show.

Yeah. Howard isn't likable per se, but he's been probably the straightest shooter in the entire Jimmy/Chuck storyline. So, in a way, he is kind of likable.

FYI: Science will be adding another 100 feet to that restraining order.

… Well played.

Yes! Throw in a Dr. Rockso cameo and you'll have the greatest metal-themed cartoon ever.

DUUUUUUDE! I would be so down for a "Jenny at the Metal show" episode.
