I didn't start to seriously date guys until about six years ago and even then, only a couple made it to steak dinners, so I can't really comment. My boyfriend likes a lot of things well done (fish, eggs, hashbrowns, chicken) which is fine. But steak? No.

I used to get my steak well done a long time ago as well. When I started working at a steakhouse, for a training meal I ordered a well done strip. My boss came out and told me as long as I was an employee, I would not be eating his steaks above medium. Been med-rare ever since.
