Man, the people at BIG TILAPIA have done excellent PR work. When I was younger it was roundly considered to be garbage fish. If you went somewhere that didn't say which type of fish was being used in say, fish tacos, you knew they were using tilapia and were ashamed of it.

I'm totally fine with the 'all the rights part', it's the 'none of the responsibility' that drives me nuts. For a little context, I live in a town over-ridden with the wannabe pro types that blow lights and break pretty much every conceivable traffic law daily. I have no problem with your average, law-abiding cyclist.
