Huh. I guess the only thing that makes sense is that the items belonged to patrons of the bank, and the "rewards" were in fact possessions. So it was a bit of a heist after all.

Yep. This was brilliance. While Capaldi's madness is fascinating and haunting (ironically the most chilling component of the episode), Coleman steals the episode in my opinion.

Very few people "got it" (myself included at first), and many thought that Brainwash had had Brain Damage. But I realized later in the film how the joke was more on the audience than on Thierry, and from then on it was a very funny
