Hmmm, sounds like you’re an edge case.
Hmmm, sounds like you’re an edge case.
We bought a 2020 Bolt in September. On the highway at 65-70 it did 220 before the temperature dropped and we started having to use the heat. Mixed driving it was 270. Chevy was pretty conservative when stating their range.
Agree, agree, agree. Almost with all of it. The Playoffs were originally instituted as “The Kenseth Rule”, after Matt Kenseth won the championship without winning a race all season. At that point, it was a mini-season for 10 drivers (or maybe it was 12?) after the main body of the season. Points were reset, and…
None of those statements are true.
This thing is the size of a GLC, or an X3. Those are selling stupidly well here BECAUSE they aren’t too huge at all.
My dad has a GLC and lives in the medieval city center of Le Mans.
It fits everywhere there.
And for having tried the EQC a few times (MB uses one as a loaner vehicle for…
It is what it has always been. The single most famous race in its history is the 1979 Daytona 500, decided by a wreck between Donnie Allison and Cale Yarborough.
Sure, but the Model 3 outsells it, and Tesla is strongly associated with sedans.
They don’t sell any here, it’s too huge for us, it was definitely sized with U.S in mind.
Is making anti-EV comments on car blogs a part of the overcompensating you’re doing with your own car choices?
Alright, what’s your non-compromised alternative then?
You’re not wrong. This isn’t racing...it is a hyped up crash fest pretending to be racing...and one that is utterly halted by a few raindrops. Rubbish.
Erik, I feel like we were watching two completely different races, because this had to be one of the two or three worst Daytona 500s I’ve ever watched or tried to watch. The late start followed by the early “big one” followed immediately by a six-and-a-half hour red flag, followed by insisting on finishing the race at…
I think it’s quite a bit better than ICE alternatives in a few crucial ways.
EVs in general haven’t broken into that “I buy electric because it’s just better” space yet, but I think Tesla may have. Surveys of Tesla drivers show that environmental impact often isn’t even on the list of why people buy them. People buy the Model 3 because it’s quick, trendy, practical, cheap to run, and no more…
Americans paying $70,000 for an EV want more than 240 miles of range. If you’ve got seventy grand to spend on a crossover, you have options. There are lots of ICE cars in that price bracket that will do everything these EVs can do and more. The problem with EVs right now is they don’t really have a compelling sales…
I hope you're right. But you're not. McLaren will finish 5th this year.
So you took the time out of your apparently productive day to comment on an article you don’t care about. Sounds logical!
I’m not sure what you are looking for with more exciting off season news than a new engine manufacturer coming to the sport?
The notion that having a cost cap might help Ferrari, the team that consistently underachieves while having the biggest budget, is hilarious.
Ferrari always has a chance. They just normally squander it.
Yeah, I guess “selling back to the grid” is the wrong term. Every kWh that I send to the grid is taken off of my bill, so anything I power at night would then come from that credit.
