Disqus, did you grow up in a little computer on the prairie?

The complete Little House! Let me know as you read through them! I'm going to have to find the remaining books now. I don't have a Kindle, I have a Kobo. But it doesn't work anymore. I'm going to check the library.

Disqus, remember when you thought you were going to see Kenny Loggins but it turned out to be Kenny Rogers and when you started booing everyone threw their beer cans at you?

I hope you win the chance to get a ticket! Its too bad that scalpers ruin concerts for everyone and force them to have to sell tickets this way. You'd think today they could maybe sell tickets with photo ID? Like when you bought the ticket your photo would be stamped on it. And maybe if you were buying tickets for

Disqus where is my post! Cough it up right now!

Tickets for stand-up concerts should have to mention tall people's heads as part of the show. Like, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu featuring special guests the backs of a bunch of tall people's giant heads.

Disqus, remember the time you tried crowd surfing at a Kenny Loggins concert and you were surfed out the door and thrown into the back alley?

Will you have a choice of where you sit though if you win? If you want a really close seat do you have to get to 711 before anyone else? Or is it random? Its probably not a sit down concert though is it! I've never been to a standup concert. That wouldn't work out too well for me, I wouldn't see anything. There

Disqus, the deal is you don't eat my last post and I won't laugh at your socks and sandals combo.

What is it about that Great Job Internet that attracts so many weirdos? Its like nearly every post is about how it sucks or about how they saw the whatever before AVC did so that means AVC sucks. Why are people bothering to comment at all just to say stupid things like that? Do you think they walk down the street

Disqus, do you have any earth tones or is your closet all pastel Miami Vice sportcoats?

I love her style, she's so brilliant! Thank you for telling me about her! I couldn't find the article anywhere, I had to use the search to find it. Its way too easy to lose articles now at AV Club! Don't you think they should make the boxes smaller or maybe just go back to text? It used to be so easy to see what

I would agree with this if they did a better job with the translated cards. I find it jarring when a flickery image is intercut with rock solid digital text. I'd prefer new English cards, but if there isn't the budget to do it properly, I'm okay with them just subtitling the originals!

The worst example I've seen of this is the Kino release of White Zombie. The image is polished to where it looks like ivory! The grain is gone and it does appear to my admittedly dull senses as if a range of greys have been smooshed out of existence. Fortunately they include on the disc the unpolished version as an

On the matter of intertitles, bless all the companies who release watchable editions of silent movies, but so many of them regularly make a mess of the intertitles despite it being such a simple job! Its a particular problem when the titles need to be translated. The obvious and simplest solution is to just subtitle

Disqus, did someone leave a gas burner on in the internet and that's why you are always wandering around in a daze eating posts?

Seven classes is not fair so I say you only have to pay attention in three of them. I give you permission to sleep or draw during the other four classes. Are you able to sleep sitting up? Have you seen those little sleeper hoodie things? They're like a tiny igloo with a pillow underneath that you put your hands

Disqus, Canada Dry mixes well with posts if you're thinking of trying something new.

Poor Claudia, I'm so sorry you got food poisoning. I hope its all gone now. I'm relieved it wasn't your bronchitis returning. I was worried you still had an infection. Canada Dry is so good for an upset stomach, I'm glad you have it! The Canada Dry I mean, not the upset stomach. Okay, I had to correct that

In the 1970s, the way they are dressed in that picture is called "incognito".
