Did the library ban you again?

Here’s a better pic of Bakker:

Hereditary? I liked it, but what do you quote? “Hail Paimon!”?

One of my favourite gags in the whole movie is so understated that I’ve never been sure if it’s even intentional or just a happy accident of Christopher Guest’s line reading. Nigel shows up backstage at the last show of the tour to say “Sex Farm has gone number 1 in Japan... Spinal Tap’s recording of Sex Farm”, and

“Shut up, Mr. Burton. You were not brought upon this world to. Get. It.”

how is this even a question?

I came in here to stump for Spinal Tap like Gwen. Being a musician, Tap quotes are running patter, but even in civilian life, their uses are plentiful. Some more besides the ones she listed that I have used:

It was a perfect example of dramatic irony. Every line of hers came across entirely differently in this light. And yeah, her outsized presence in the talking heads will need to be toned down. If only to stop the gay bars from drowning in boos

Might I recommend the salty ham?

This is awesome, but also it's going to be sad to see how much they aged. Because it'll remind me how much I've aged. And are there Kids fans who don't think Brain Candy is a stone cold classic?

:: slow clap ::

Who’s this Adam Drive guy?

And then everybody stood up and applauded.

“Now I have to be firm about this, my contract has a no nudity clause, but I will do sex scenes if they’re tasteful.”

“So, that’s my audition. Do you want anything else?”

As a side note, I find Timothy Hutton one of the most forgettable looking actors in the industry. If he was in a police lineup, I'd struggle to pick him out.

Wanna see an SNL article not about Pete or the news anchor guys someday, all just “Cecily Strong shows up to work regularly, does good job, does not look like a candy cane with a bunch of tattoos on it.”

And yet in every town in Ireland you can find chain betting shops where you can place bets on basically anything — sports, politics, natural disasters, you name it. And what is the name of this chain? Paddy Power. If the Irish were really offended by the term, that was a very long time ago.
