Why does The Kominsky Method, a show I’ve barely heard of, keep beating the amazing The Good Place? That’s not a snide rhetorical question - there’s so much TV it’s hard to keep track. Is this a show I have to watch now? If it’s reallly that great, good. But if it’s just good, and upstaging better shows, not great.

Making an emotional connection to a character (and actor) with all the charisma of a cinder block wall the lynchpin of the finale was a misstep. Shame, because the casting was so spot on in every other way.

I really didn’t like The End in the books and I hoped the show would fix it, but they only barely patched it up. I did like the surrealism and the wackiness of it all, but that these teenagers ended up with a newborn who they had to raise on a deserted island just crossed the line from surreal to completely…

That’s the thing that I don’t get, though. Jacob’s Ladder is an obscure-ass cult classic, not some big name blockbuster with cultural cache.

Does anyone want this remake?

Eh, La La Land was hardly an experimental indie in need of protection...

Think of it this way: this girl is another great tool to break down their self esteem and make them easier to control.

(Coincidentally my evening was spent drinking Appleton rum and Cameron’s cream ale while playing AC Odyssey while the wife and kids played speak-out upstairs.good times)

Valentina has officially pulled me into the Telenovela dimension she lives in. The way she was standing during the end, as if she had just won the damn thing lmao plus her deliberation with Trinity and Manila.  

Peppermint has been on Broadway for months now in Head Over Heels.  Can’t blame her for taking a better gig.

Honestly I don’t see anybody beating trinity. She’s getting the winners edit but she has the talent and looks to back it up.Her Caitlyn was hysterical and her constant one liners were great and although I believe that it was slightly over hyped by Ross, it was most definetly in the top 20. I’ve contended for years that Will Ferrell isn’t funny.  These reviews make me so happy.
