I love how some of the tech articles on blockchain storage just gloss over this. “Data is stored in... uh... the cloud.”

Patient counter-conditioning can/will help. Some dogs are just, “okay human, do whatever you want.” But most dogs aren’t.
You will be astonished by the difference after the cleaning. It’s very likely your dog has some kind of gum-line infection.
Agreed. If my dog wants to tell me how happy she is by giving my face a bath, that’s a health risk I’m willing to take. And if I am destined to go out via Death by Dog Kisses, well, there are worse fates.
I don’t really agree that they almost defeated him.
Well if you’re taking few enough photos that you can feasibly email them to yourself, you probably have few enough photos that you’ll fit within the Google Photos free tier.
Do you have some kind of principled objection to large companies, or is it just Apple/iCloud?
I didn’t realize I needed even more incentive to swat at flies, but here we are.
Agreed. I like looking out the window. I like having the light. I pick a window seat specifically for that reason. If you hate it so much, then you pick the window seat, and close the shade.
Generally, I’m happy to give a host a chance to fix problems, but I also don’t feel compelled to let them “respond” to things that are inherent to the home. For instance, if a shared home has thin walls, that’s the nature of renting there and is worth mentioning in a review.
No, they do this all the time, this is the nominations phase. They’ll put together the hive five later out of these nominations.
I think it’s mostly people who work in IT who hate LogMeIn. They had a great product with some affordable tiers. Then they completely threw away the free tier, which pissed a lot of people off, and was probably actively detrimental to their customer base, since lots of IT people start with a free offering for…
FYI, I discourage people from using two factor keys integrated into their password app. It basically means that, what used to be a 2 factor authentication, is now 1 factor authentication - your password vault. If someone steals your vault, they now have access to all of those accounts.
Got it. This may be part of the whole, “BitWarden is newer and doesn’t have a big financial backing” issue.
LastPass’ free tier is similar to BitWarden’s.
I’m a long time LastPass user, and have been pleased enough with it. I’m of the general opinion that any software which hasn’t had an exploit discovered, simply hasn’t been studied enough.
“Decentralizing” sounds great in theory, but in practice it’s often a mistake.
You can do the exact same thing with your internet connection (provided there is competition in your area). This isn’t restricted to TV service.
Download the app called GPS Status & Toolbox, throw your phone into airplane mode, walk outside and launch the app. You can watch it get a fix, including the number of satellites it can talk to.
This has nothing to do with what your long, incorrect post said. You said that the phone is incapable of getting a GPS fix.
