PSA: it's not a backup if your data only exists in one place.

Our 401(k) is reasonable. They contribute 3% even if you don't actually contribute anything yourself. After that, they will match 50% up to another 6% (i.e. another 3% of your salary).

Android Wear, specifically, isn't enough to get me interested.

Sure, I agree with that completely. Not every issue will be settled in one conversation... but virtually no issue will be settled without at least one conversation.

The response to the question could basically be boiled down to this line:

My incredible body teaches anatomy to college girls. Different market, I suppose.

Enjoy the city, it's just amazing. I highly recommend going to the city market. A bunch of stuff on Trip Advisor suggested that the market felt unsafe but we didn't feel like that at all - it was clean, well lit, police all over the place, and everyone very friendly.

Anyone running into any show-stopping bugs so far?

I'm not sure what this means? Sherpas live in the high altitudes, they have acclimated. What I was asking is if some people who have not acclimated might be less susceptible to altitude sickness, independent of age/shape/etc.

We were pretty paranoid about it on our first high altitude hike. I had Diamox "just in case" and we talked to each other a lot about how we were feeling... just never seemed to get any of the symptoms.

I have to say that I think there might be a pretty strong genetic/innate/developed tolerance for high altitude as well.

Seriously? This is article-worthy?

Yeah, this article is kind of weird.

Congrats on coming off like an elitist jerk.

Here's a gym tip: if you're complaining about stuff that doesn't directly impact you (e.g. someone updating their status, or wearing makeup, or checking out their abs in the mirror), then you might be just be a dick.

The Pomodoro Technique

Right, I definitely want 10,000 notifications in order to read posts from pages I have actively said I am interested in instead of Facebook, say, just showing me the posts in my news feed that I have actively said I am interested in.

Yawn. Oh yes, please, Facebook... make me download more apps. I'm sincerely interested in having yet another icon to clutter up my phone and another separate app to get updates. It doesn't at all make sense to use the Facebook app as, you know, a central place to access Facebook features and communicate with Facebook

This works, but I generally just make liberal use of the "shut up" buttons (i.e. pressing one of the hard buttons to make the phone stop ringing, or simply declining the call). Also, my phone is only ever on vibrate so if it's in my pocket I can just ignore it altogether.
