have you been on a campus? do you know all of the shit that happens on them? the counseling, etc? students go to rehab and students return. a university of all places isn't one of those no tolerance no go zones for emotional problems.

No, it wouldn't.

As someone whose friends completely abandoned them during cancer and spent years trying to rebuild basic faith in people, I understand your point here (because I've tried to empathize) but am still going to call shenanigans and call you a piece of human poo.

That student representative though, she can go eat a bag of dicks. her privilege just emanated off her and she lacked total empathy.

Yeah, Han has the chicken pox and says he is going o Hulu some Mindy Project and 'boy, is she a project'.

Hmm. I guess I'd never noticed it before, but it's return today was a stroke of genius,

lol. isn't that quote from 2 Broke Girls?

I don't know, not if you know what it's like to be a deeply messed up person it's not.

Does Lyft exist in any universe?

LOL. True. I guess even in the era of uber there is still 411 and the regular cabs. plus she wouldn't get charged orange bowl surge pricing.

No one here is saying that Lindsay is perfect or even a good person. They're all the worst. But I wish people could see from the outside the slightly ridiculous narratives of the oh-so-innocent-and-powerless-man that they're ascribing to Paul. As if the man had no agency, as if he had no part in attempting to destroy

No one going to mention how in Jimmy and Gretchen's fight the camera zooms into a review of Jimmy on the wall that we hadn't seen before and displayed prominently behind him are the words: 'It's Over"?

if she hadn't mentioned family, they'd probably be boning right now. he just got done earlier in the episode talking about the freedom of being familyless. it's still a truly awful thing to do to someone, but it didn't come out of nowhere.

You've made your point pretty well, it's just that the commenters for this show here have some kind of boner for Paul and view him as some kind of Man Saint, despite them them both being pretty flawed people and him doing some supremely shitty things to her.

my god. sometimes i think the avclub commentariat need to take a 8th grade human sexuality course refresher before being allowed to comment. so! many! people! thought that cooking sperm in the microwave to a burning level and then haphazardly shooting them up there was pregnancy gold. sigh,

Well, if you're watching this show to see sane people, you're watching the wrong show :)

She can't call an uber. they literally talked about how her rating is too low to get one earlier in the episode. so he left her metaphorically, emotionally, and physically stranded.

i'm glad we can all return to the natural state of things with paul not existing. his shutout of that family was so rewarding after he spent an episode and a half taking blame for nothing and being a real asshat.

Now, I hate musicals with a passion BUT that scene in the theater was so fucking heartwarming and like everything I watch this show for.

I didn't mansplain shit. And you are a bit of a dick. If you think Savage Love is mainstream than you lack a pretty basic understanding of how to separate niche audience from a wider one. Or have literally never fucking talked to most people in America. Because there is a real lack of understanding and awareness on
