My kids have NO, ZERO claim to privacy on my devices / networks. I have told them as much. Just like I have NO, ZERO claim to privacy on my company’s networks. When my kids can afford to buy their own devices and / or networks, then they have a claim to privacy.

Yeah man, even those of us who are smart can’t always find happiness, amirite?

RTFM.

So when is the Hannibal collection coming?

No that phone is pretty bad for 2007. I had my first cell phone in 2000, and it was nicer than that thing. It also could send email and access the web (albeit in text format).

Just wait until the James Webb is deployed.

I miss Pharrell singing about the chronic blowing, and getting that sweet that nasty that gushy stuff. “Happy” makes me want to pound a nail into my own ears just to make it stop.

It’s what made them become intolerant to gluten (in the last two years), duh!

Except that my gen 1 iPad STILL lasts at least 8 hrs of heavy use (and DAYS on idle) before needing to be recharged.

That's not why they did that though. That's a retcon. They did the apollo thing to have that epic visual shown in Imax, a "once more we leave Earth" epic scene. They didn't need that for the other planets, so they ignored it. That's the real reason. It was plot service, nothing more.

that blood red is actually a known defect with a lot of m7s. Low light is not supposed to look like that. Mine works great, but my wife had the purple red tint.

I don't think Ive is able to see the forest for the trees at this point. That is what Jobs did better than anyone.

Yes the whole thing reeks of astroturf.

No, that's the Netfux extension.

This looks like a ripoff of the HTC one line.

Now playing

Must have been inspired by Homer Simpson.

these popup ads are the last straw. After almost 10 years, I'm done with Gizmodo.

I have to agree with you. this tech on the screen would be revolutionary.

My palms get sweaty when they're holding mom's spaghetti.

I have the iPad 3rd gen. I use it for web, but mostly for netflix / amazon instant / hbogo. The inability to see the full hd picture in 16:9 without big letterboxed bars just kills me on this beautiful screen.
