I get the one he is describing. Its a cardboard sleeve that fits the game perfect. Only thing I don't like is you have to rip it open, so its not re-usable.

The only reason she was exaggerated so much in the original design was because you could only have so many polygons on the 3D model. You needed to have exaggerated features to make the character even look like a woman.
