Wouldn't you agree that Nintendo kind of dreamt this up first? Microsoft just has better resources and software to really make it awesome.

Why don't they use the action adventure template of gaming like Uncharted for Bond? Maybe even something that plays like Sleeping Dogs or Arkham Asylum.

I never got into the series myself. Some of my friends have been playing these games forever and say this one is the best one since RE4.
