Update: It’s good stuff. Have used it on a burger, a breakfast hash, and topped some ramen with it.
My faith in Allison was justified.

I’m trusting you Allison. It’s made and in the fridge awaiting Burger Night.
Mine have all been reasonably short, mostly because I am willing to self-authorize my vehicle to use the police turn arounds on the expressway.
School of Wok is one of our favorites that I haven’t seen come up from others as of yet.
We used to lube the aisle with slide/valve oil from the band kids, and then slide right up to the front under braking when your stop came. If you got it just right, you could hook the upright bar and pivot right out the door in one smooth, graceful move. Or you could hit the dashboard.
I make a Detroit style at home on a regular basis, and the couple of pluses are the sauce tastes better after being roasted on the top, and the cheese won’t slide off and burn your chin, as it sticks to the crust.
Between having a handicapped spouse and driving a Mini, I’ve got few problems with parking. However, I don’t recommend having a stroke as a viable tactic.
(will be out of the grey by the end of THIS decade, I can feel it)
The only thing that keeps the Austin Mini Cooper as being the original hot hatch is the lack of a hatch. The rest of the formula was all there.
Accurate, and well deserved.
Practicality is whatever you make of it. My dad asked me why I didn’t get something practical when I bought a 1973 Porsche 911, and I answered with “It seats two, some luggage, and goes a 140mph, what’s not practical about it?”
Erik, you say “Not that exercised about it.”. I think you meant to say “I’m not that excreted about it” :-)
(commenting for a decade, still in the grays, and not crazy)
How do “hardship points” differ from a participation trophy?
We use SoftScrub with a stiff brush in our rechargable drill to clean the ceramic cooktop. I truly hate ceramic cooktops and long for gas.
Oldsmobile Convertible, while drunk.
I live around the corner from this guy, and I can tell you that the community is strongly against his actions other than the few loudmouths in the usual community FB groups.

I recently bought the 1950's version of the Squire Stratocaster (better hardware than the $200 models) and an Orange amp, stand, tuner and some other goodies for just under the $700 cap. I also have a low end Yamaha acoustic that was about $150.
Go introduce yourself to Marty, he’ll teach you to play. Lots of his…

5th Gear: “PPP funds were a lifeline for our 244 employees and our community of hosts and guests who rely on Turo to offset the cost of owning a car and travel affordably,” Steve Webb, a spokesman for Turo, wrote in an emailed statement.
Do you really think any of the PPP funds went to the hosts like they implied in…
This is based on the work of Dutch artist Theo Jansen, and his Strandbeests. I have a little model of one. https://www.strandbeest.com/
I’ve been WFH for the last 8 years, and live in a funky little beach town in Northern MI with a population of 635 people. I like knowing my spending makes a difference, and that I’m putting my money into people that live here. Our entire county is free of chain restaurants and hotels.
I made this over the weekend and it was delicious, but I would suggest two things. Use unsalted cashews, and if you’re not serving the whole thing, brulee the slices before you serve them. We did the entire pie, and the next morning most of the sugar layer had liquified and been mostly absorbed.
