I think it just felt like a psychopath who kills people who piss him off, but then again I don’t live in a border state.

Very subtle...first suggesting he shave, but keep the mustache and soul patch, then the off-handed comment from the wife about how kind it was for Lalo to pay for his dental work. Later Tyrus says to Gus, “it’s him, even the dental records match”. Got to admit, I missed this too, but remember the weird dialogue that

I’m not quite sure what it is, but Julie Ann Emery’s domineering, neurotic, harmlessly-villainous Betsy Kettleman like, totally revs my engine? I am entranced any time she’s on screen with dumb noises coming out of her mouth.

i hated your slide show yesterday, especially your bit on weight loss which presented the idea of an unfit/overweight exercising as some sort of betrayal of a body positivity ideal. I’ve been very obsese. I’ve been very fit. I’m now in-between. Thor’s just being the guy he feels most comfortable as. Thor’s

Here’s the thing: when I click on an article titled “Everything we spotted,” I’m expecting a certain type of article. I’m expecting a detailed breakdown, pointing out things that a casual trailer viewer might have otherwise missed.

The tone of that article wasn’t “Thor is silly/goofy and fun,” it was “this looks like a piece of shit.” If that wasn’t the intent, then it needed revising for undue negativity.

You should have called the article “Everything I hated about the new Thor teaser”. Then it would have been clear you were offering an option piece and, TBH, I would have ignored it. I’m sure the vast majority of us that clicked the link expected to see mentions of easter eggs and references to the comics, not you

He killed the guys because they were assholes who tried to rip him off, “another damn wetback”, and not because he was making a political point.
The people in the haystack were damn lucky that they didn’t meet the same fate that happened to the ones riding with “The Cousins” in Season Three of Breaking Bad.

My guess is management won’t allow anything like that as to not call attention to how they shoved out all their previous writers due to GMG’s crappy labor practices.

Wild times do be happening on GMG, the Thor trailer screen grab is pretty hilariously bad on gizmodo.

Those Kettlemans were just pitch perfect, and I liked the decorative touches connection from their tacky trailer office to Saul’s strip mall office. But their outraged sense of white privilege was too spot-on, it was almost infuriating to watch.

Wow, this comments section is not what it used to be. Glad the show is back, but a lot has changed around these parts in the two years since season 5...

There was pretty much 0 substance to this review/whatever you’d call this. This was over 2 hours of TV and it wasn’t much more than a summary of the events. Wild times at AVC.

I’ll follow along here for the season. But folks, if Donna Bowman’s writing on BB/BCS meant anything to you over the years- as it very much does to me- I’d encourage you to check out her new home for tonight’s episode and the rest of season 6 to come. You might recognize someone else there too.

I’ve hardly been back to AVC since the big firing, on principle, but I came here to check for Donna Bowman. I'm sure you're nice Kimberly, but I'm out for good most likely.

I wasn’t paying much attention to Outer Range until I saw Josh Brolin talking about it on Hot Ones, which sold me. This review only locks it in for me.

Because Benedict Cumberbatch.

No one needs the hair shirt and self-flagellation. Just admit he’s a talented guy, AND a social garbage fire, without pretending the movie is entertaining DESPITE his involvement. You know it wouldn’t have been as willing to take those big risks without him.

Why does Imogen Poot?
