THE JOYFULLNESS IS OVER!
THE JOYFULLNESS IS OVER!
It should have been Tatiana or Barsanti!!!

The AV Club
On the off chance you didn’t already know about it or have it in your collection, you can spin it any time you want -
Hell or High Water was one of my favorite movies of the last few years, like the Coen Brothers directing a Jim Thompson adaptation. When it was finished I kind of stared at the screen for a few minutes then immediately texted my dad to watch it if he hadn’t.
I did not know any of this, thank you Lionel.
Yeah I’ve tried to comment plenty of times on here and the AV Club but I’m still stuck in the grays (after 12 years of having a working, functional previous account).
I will go on record and say that Tatiana is definitely the worst of them all. If I see her byline I won’t click it, and usually the same with Ol’ Sammy here but this one snuck through.
The Barsanti Special.
This book is probably going to transport me back to caring waaaaaay too much and getting into far too many arguments held in the comments section of Punknews.org in the early-to-mid 2000's about bands I didn’t actually like. What an awful website.
I’m curious so I’ll wait for the library to get copies.
I love this channel’s videos to the point where I’ll even toss on the ones about bands or scenes I have no interest in. Even when they’re 20+ minutes long. High, high praise.
Ozzi is about 1/4 the writer Azzerrad is unfortunately.
One of the short reviews I saw a few weeks back compared it to Collateral, which immediately piqued my interest up from zero to “why not toss it on on a lazy Friday night after a shitty workweek” because I fucking love Collateral.
It’s a sliding scale of how lazy the Friday will be.
So this isn’t based on the Jim Thompson novel or the Slayer album? What gives?
Am I ungreyed yet? Sometimes I am. You appear to be on this comment at least but replying will maybe help.
I re-watched the trilogy for the first time since seeing 2 in theaters and 3 on video in 2004 in the past month.
Best part about the mug is that it cuts off the last line of the poster or whatever so it makes even less sense.
Yeah if you take away the monologues you would’ve been able to make this a much better and concise six episode mini-series. I still enjoyed it and got through it in the weekend but by the time that two in a row “what happens when you die” scene hit I was nodding off pretty hard.
I think I’m still in the grays on other articles but I’ll try my best!
I wasn’t really planning on watching the trailer until scrolling into this comment, because that’s some very high praise.
