Don't hurt yourself patting your back. Seriously, that was a lot of assuming.

I disagree. An adult with the ability to commiserate with children is not the answer for them.

Incorrect.

If that's an elective, than I'm all for it.

I completely agree with your first paragraph.

Probably a talent. Tough to say for sure though.

Well, I disagree with that. Nobody deserves anything based on emotional losses or triumphs.

Ah! No! I have nothing against them and understand, somewhat, their plight. My issue is that while this person is in the process of changing almost everything in his life, why not change the job too? That's it. I am completely for people living how they want to live.

Horrible does not have a literal application. Not just that, but I choose to not identify as a "horrible person," therefore you have to recognize that I am, in fact, not one.

I am. Quite.

You're reading it wrong.. no problem with these people, be whatever, just change your job while you're changing everything else...

That's funny because I really don't like that bonmorte person either.

It might be difficult in some aspects, but probably not the ones you mentioned. He clearly placed a higher priority on this transition than on his marriage, religion, etc

So, you are saying that this man's idea of himself is more important than the hundreds of children that pass through his classroom. I disagree.

You are reading my comment the way you want to read it, that is - incorrectly.

Religion isn't allowed in public school and this should not be either.

Agree. They are not "different," depending on what application of that gigantically broad term you want to imply.

"Children being taught about the reality of the spectrum of gender presentation is important."
