last time i booked a premium sedan, I get there and tehy try to give me an SE camry, (cloth, no sunroof, 4cyl)... and they said it was premium beacuse it had a power driver’s seat... I almost flipped my shit. It wasn’t that I was mad I had to drive a camry (okay that had a little something to do with it) it was more

It drives me nuts that every time I rent a car all they have is SUV’s.

hatches don’t crumple much in the rear. Also it really only clips the body of the vehicle and uses the rear wheel/tire of the hatch as a ramp to launch itself county-fair stunt show style into oncoming traffic.

The rear of a vehicle is much stronger and the damage seemed appropriate enough. I think it shows how rigid an Audi is and that might also explain why it flipped around the way it did.

What I don’t get is how little physical effect this wreck had on the car in the right lane. The car didn’t seem to get slammed forward at all, nor was there any severe damage visible. Also being a hatchback I don’t get how the Audi ramped over it instead of just crashing.
This entire wreck is very strange.

How nice of that Ford Edge to move forward and finish off the injured parties.

Jason, these are good words in good combinations. Thank you for this explanation.

Neutral: Tech overload definitely keeps me out of the new-car market. The last car I bought was a 2014 model, specifically because I could get one without a touch screen. The 2015 made the screen standard equipment.

Not the first time a Porsche has wrecked someone on the pit straight.

“LIKE A GLOVE!”

Because car numbers don’t have sponsors.

Mosing did nothing wrong. He held his line and the 18 just kept coming and coming and wrecked himself.

11 comments in nearly 5 hours since this article was posted tells you everything you need to know about the current state of affairs in NASCAR....nobody is watching, the format is totally off the rails and these “pile ups” are predictable to the point of being insulting to the average motorsport fan.

Talladega was generous this year. Only one Big One, only 16 cars, and a good number of cars without damage. Add a first time winner, and overall, very good race.

Bobby Regester could have used a guardrail in the 2011 Pikes Peak Hill Climb. Thankfully, he wasn’t injured.

This happens to me from time to time, I just hit rewind til I get it right.

If that was true, Mitsubishi Mirages. Based on the number of F150's that are far from the base model, I’d have to disagree with your statement.
