Having to go to a specified dispensary for the privilege to get around. Having to stop in the rain/sleet/snow to get more whenever needed.

In short... location.  Those side skirts are low on the minivan compared to how high most trucks are under the bed where they shove a spare if they have one. If this has a blowout or a rim damaged, then it will be hell tog et this out from under the van if its on a high crowed road, half in a ditch, or stuck in show.

dash cams. mail off the incident to the cops.  For the fun of it call them in for suspected drunk driving.
