What's strange here is that Notch would deny it if it were true. He has always had the attitude of doing whatever he thinks he should, and not caring what you think. It seems like if he knew about it he wouldn't deny it.

Wait...there's a V.I.P section at a party for game developers? I'm not trolling when I ask, who the heck is this for? Aren't all the GDC attendee's on equal footing?

Since when do scantily-clad women make men uncomfortable? Besides, "paid" means "of their own free will", I don't understand the complaints.

who gives a fuck. if you make millions of dollars and want to throw a party/have paid chicks/tigers/flamethrowers, then do it. hey high horse people...did you like the game? do you still play it? then that's all you need to worry about.

"I heard a guy saying that he heard a guy that spoke to a girl who talked to the bartender... ah well, they paid whores to fuck with us in the VIP room".

Does anyone find it suspicious that almost all of these tweets used the same language ("paid to be there"), and that this comes so quickly off the heels of the International Game Developers Association drama? I'm not some kind of conspiracy theorist or a Notch loyalist, but it sounds to me like someone paid some

What's more sexist? Paying women to socialize and balance out the gender ratio some, or assuming that attractive women at a Game Developer party must be strippers or escorts...

Because the VG industry is now all about fighting that rampant sexism. This just adds to the shit pile.

The game is named "Skullgirls." I guess you expected a thoughtful discussion of gender and mortality? lol

OMG! Sexism!

It's a very well timed screenshot.

I'm gonna make my own Kickstarter, with blackjack, and hookers!

Interesting. Here we might slow down if there is an actual baby in the road, but other than that speed limits are more like "minimum speed limits."

I'm going to elaborate on this one.
