I actually believe this. I don't know whether it was a placebo effect or not, but I did feel that I was mentally more refreshed when I bothered to work out. In the end laziness overcame me.

Well it's the truth. Disc space isn't an issue nowadays and using FLACs means that basically you won't miss out on anything. If you can't hear the difference it doesn't matter, if you can that's good, but if you keep (most of) your music collection in a lossless format you don't have to worry about it.

I don't care if I hear the difference. Just the knowledge that I have it in the best possible quality is enough.

Well you are mostly right, carriers can still block minor WP7 bug fixes...like the one that fixes the disappearing keyboard. I think it was AT&T who blocked that.
