$35k is equal to 8 years and 3 months worth of salary for a decent job in Romania. (in my town at least; but taking into consideration that the same job would only get you at most $100 more in bigger cities, you'd still wouldn't have to work for 6 and half years).

I generally support Wikileaks, but running for a political position is pushing it. I'd never vote for him, or anybody from Wikileaks. Once they are in the government they will be completely able to control what info gets 'leaked' and what not and interests will shift.

Not to nitpick, but Poland is in Central Europe. You are right on the costs though. If you go by minimum wages, then it would be 3 times cheaper to develop in Poland than in the US.

I don't see a reason why developer could not fund one game from Kickstarter and another from a publisher.
