Steam, Origin, Uplay, GOG Galaxy, EPIC...sometimes its not about allegiance, its simply about not wanting 9000 different fucking launchers when almost all the games you play are already on just one.

Yeah I’m digging 6 armed power there. I’m gonna miss Maya though.
So long as they bring back the “Asylum” club song, I’ll give it a go.
It was fun, but after completing about 60 shrines and the divine beasts, I decided I had had enough of it. I don’t ever feel the need to go back to it.
The main reason Japan continues to remain this way is because 97% or so of its population is born and bred Japanese, and it always will be. Culture only ever really changes if the majority fight to change it, and usually that change is spurred by warring/conflicting beliefs, backgrounds, and a certain sect of people…
It’s a shame she isn’t voice acted. Fran’s FF12 English dub was one of my favorite voices in any game (and yes, her voice had a love it or hate it following). That, and she’s one of my favorite FF characters of all time, eclipsed maybe by only Celes and Terra.
The English VO of 12 is one of the best parts of it next to the music and world building. Fran and Balthier were every reason to play that game turned up.
I have deep concerns about Anthem.
I dropped in and out of SWTOR many times over the years and even as it changed the one truth of the game remained the same, at its heart it didn’t know what it wanted to be.
Kotaku’s idea of “toxicity” can apply to anything as simple as “I don’t like this game”. That is, afterall, why they’re so gungho about removing the ability for consumers to voice their opinions. Sure, I’ve seen the “there are other places to voice your opinion”, but didn’t Kotaku heavily criticize CDPR for basically…
Having a “Rogue” system like in The Division seems like a no-brainer. Bounty hunting would be the best activity in the game.
Cool, cool... Just give me Mileena and Jade back and we’ll be all good.
If you get excited about Mortal Kombat and are older than 10, you need to take a long, hard look in the mirror.
I have put around 10 hours into the beta, don’t get me wrong there has been some grief and I have grief-ed as well (the game does encourage some of it in attacking missions and other open world events), but that was maybe 10-15 minutes of gameplay total. Just short spurts of random violence, which feels aligned with…
In The Old Republic they solved this by making the over all outcome by choosing at random one party member’s choice but your alignment adjustment is based on your own choices.
Just another rehash of the previous two installments, which themselves were generic video game entries. Nothing about the revitalization of the Tomb Raider franchise has been great. It’s all a mediocre experience, at best.
So much wrong here, though to be fair it starts with the article’s obviously false comparison:
PoE2 did a better and more thorough job of voicing than Divinity 2. Additionally, PoE2 did a vastly better job of helping you understand all their complex terms, definitions, gods, pantheons, factions by putting colored hyperlinks in dialogue boxes which pop-up a nice little definition each time a term is used. This…
