So, if you work for Insomniac and you do not wish to be one of the people in the above video, or disagree with their stance ... are you deported from their company?

Thanks for the advice. That was my fear. I heard it was 20 hours or so, on a good run ... so I haven’t picked it up yet. I was aiming to get it on sale in some future millennium.
Coming from an original Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2 player of the 90's, and who considers BG2 one of his favorite single-player games of all time, I thought Pillars of Eternity was extremely overrated. I found the world bland, the combat taxing, the game just overall unsatisfying. I didn’t even finish it.
It’s basically a serious non-serious post. Too hard to comprehend? Anyway. You poll 200 kids hardly of age to have sex about a game series that has existed before many of them were able to play video games, and trust that source. Or you trust niche porn, which is not really niche — it’s quite massive.
Polls never mean anything. Ever. Unless you can poll every single person in the population of Earth, and know they vote, a poll is subjective and useless.
This is an easy conversation.
Oh well. Game looked really bland and cliche. Very uninteresting concept. Dragons? I lost interest in those back when I was 9.
Agreed. This silly notion that ME3 was “Bad” or “Worst in the Trilogy” is a joke. It by far had the best missions, control, and gameplay/mechanics, which is what you are spending 90% of your time doing. So the ending was a let down for most people? The galaxy was being invaded by invincible organic robots .... the…
Right. We should all be named Anna, like half the world’s population.
In Overwatch, I don’t disagree. I was talking more in general, such as a lead title where the male is gay. I agree with you on Overwatch ... no story in the game anyway, so the characters could be death’s hands and no one would know/care.
And on that day, no matter which day it is, whenever it is, you will have a large drop off in viewership or participation. The fact is, women/women is more acceptable by people because of the feminine beauty of it. Men/Men is not, and namely because most non-gay men (if not the majority of them, even if they don’t…
15 seconds + 15 seconds + 15 seconds + 15 seconds = a lot of loading. You can’t get around the fact that this game requires loading at just about every turn. Even when you are on a map and recall to another spot on the same map, the game has to load. It’s not a good experience for an MMORPG (or any game, for that…
I was very UNIMPRESSED by the demo. The game seems to lack any substantial story or plot, and I was not a fan of the comic-style cut-scenes—they felt cheap.
Agreed. I played Neir first, then this. I got through the demo, but boy was it bland and boring. Definitely a no-go for me.
I’d say SWTOR has some of the worst travel, not to mention most tedious map layouts in existence, especially in the early levels. The way they designed the game is that every class has their own room in each questing area, so it just makes for huge, bland, boring maps in which your character has to slowly circumvent.…
Really enjoyed the Neir demo. Interesting atmospheric setting, fun boss battle, responsive and pretty combat system, and I like the shifting camera perspectives. Plus, much of it is open-world, so that’s going to add some depth. I was running it on Hard and had a good time.
Alas, all good things come to an end. It’s amazing that Asheron’s Call has survived this long. It was always in the shadows of the two pillars: EQ and UO, though AC itself was a great game. I played it here and there during it’s prime, but I was more of a hardcore UO player from 97-2002, dabbling in EQ for fun with…
The catch is that you’ll still need to fork over a lot of money for the DLC — that’s where Bioware gets you with their ME Deals. The DLC is as expensive today as it was on day 1.
It was an awful movie, plain and simple, to the point of laugh out loud comical. My buddy and I were cracking up towards the last 30 minutes of the film — it was so bad. We even had another couple and a few people in front of us start laughing too.
Not just you; same here. Wasn’t aware this was supposed to be a great fight. While she’s by far the most aesthetically pleasing character in the game, both in look and costume design, that doesn’t have any real impact on the fight.
