From my days scrubbing bathrooms in retail and grocery stores, I can tell you that 9 times out of 10, the women’s bathroom was hands down the dirtier one....

That’s a good question, and I think it should boil down to the question of how much “skin” can potentially be exposed in the particular setting. Chances are, bottomless people aren’t walking around the bathroom at the local grocery store or high school, but locker rooms are pretty much the opposite.
