Agreed, no way all the things there are to praise were entirely by accident, I would imagine a number of aspects were by design. I think he’s a competent director when he wants to be, but yeah, when he doesn’t want to be, you get Showgirls.

It’s important to note, I think, that it’s not parody.
I enjoyed the film as a kid when it first came out because it was an action packed, violent, R-rated movie with incredibly well animated and modeled giant insects eviscerating, and getting eviscerated by soldiers wearing what looks like rubber Nerf armor.
The game is just fun, no surprise. It feels good to play, it’s exciting moment-to-moment, the strategems are fun, exciting to use, and incredibly effective, the gunplay is beefy and feels good, it’s just a fun well made game.
Yikes really? That’s a prime example of failing upward, good lord.
I like how you deleted all replies calling your idiotic post idiotic, your hot take is still shit, cope.
What a dumbass comment, that is all.
They still need some form of hardware to access Gamepass besides PC, I doubt Xbox hardware is going anywhere anytime soon. I certainly won’t be willing to build or buy an entire PC to access Gamepass, as long as they still keep making Xbox consoles I’ll keep buying them.
Looks awesome but there’s so much out now I don’t have a problem grabbing this in a few months when the bugs are stamped out, hopefully the player base lasts.
Context does matter, it was in a small city in Connecticut, one of the wealthiest areas in the entire United States.
I’m imagining next-gen will be a lot like this gen, a small handful of actual exclusives, and lots of PS4 and PS5 games at better frame rates and resolutions, aka mostly mid with a couple of bright spots.
but the first movie was also kinda barebones and fell into the trap of “villain is just an evil version of the hero”
FFVII Remake and Spidey MM were both on PS4 as well, they just had PS5 updates/versions so they weren’t even exclusive.
Del doesn’t have a $6 build your own cravings box, so no, Taco Bell shouldn’t watch out, they fine.
New Antman didn’t blow me away but it was also better than Antman 1 and 2.
I honestly forgot about Eternals. I watched it once when it came out on Disney+ then never bothered again, it was, somehow, beyond forgettable.
It’s subjective, and for me, it’s been a lot of bad lately, the shows and movies. Guardians 3 was okay, but Doctor Strange, the new Thor, Ant-Man and The Marvels? Yikes, bad, bad, bad.
I don’t think the problem is bad movies, it’s releasing too many movies that are too expensive all competing with each other at a time when people aren’t going to theaters anymore.
Looks fucking awesome, and hilarious, can’t wait.
Really solid first two episodes, seems the course-correct was for the better, definitely looking forward to new episodes.
