The 4th gen 4Runners have a secondary glove compartment inside and above the regular glove compartment. It had a black plastic front cover that matched the rest of the glove compartment and a very tiny release tab - it was a great feature.

I’ll also add that I had an Infiniti loaner a couple months ago that had an empty box of pregnancy tests in the center console - when I dropped it off I told the valet that they weren’t mine, but that whoever had it the day before either had a really good day or a really bad day.

Mid-60s guy that I bought my 3rd gen 4Runner from told me that if I found any little blue pills in the car that I should just throw them away....I found a handful over the course of the next year. I threw them away. Sorry.
