I was wondering that myself.

By "better" you meant "not as good."

Where is this 'better' concept?

These are terrible.

Seeing the Bernadette Peters clip made me wish (and I am no musicals fanatic by any stretch) that she was a big enough name for Disney to have just given her the Witch role. She and Streep are the same age-and when I think Sondheim, I think of her singing.

Cinema Sins is like everything terrible about Internet film discussion distilled into a video series. It is purely distilled waste product.

Oh good fucking gracious, are we really only halfway through it?

That seems to be one of the major problems with the show. They're pretty decent at introducing characters, even Katrina's introduction wasn't as awful as literally everything that followed it. But once they've written that character's introduction? It's like they just don't know what to do next half the time. I think

That's what is called a "confirmation bias." It literally confirms nothing. If you click through to the link, the conversation being related to the reader actually took place in November—before she was even announced as the official director.

The movie actually has a director and year of release set. But a movie is not greenlit until it has a script, and a movie set to be released in 2017 does not usually have a script in 2014 unless it has been in the works for ages like Ant-Man or Mad Max Fury Road.

I didn't get bad vibes from Reyes, I thought she was partly brought in so we could find out more about Abbie and Jenny, since she knew thier mother, but then that entire situation with thier mother was (apparently) taken care of in just the one episode, so who knows. The vibe I get off Reyes is "stern aunt (who you

Agreed. I'm STILL waiting to see what's up with Reyes. My bad vibes regarding her have not gone away, even if she's only been on screen for a total of 5-10mins so far this season. They need to rectify this. And I'm still mad about Irving...

Don't forget Reyes, who was brought in to...apparently disappear right off the bat so there could be more time devoted to Hawley, who was already sucking up all of the time that should have been spent with Jenny...

I wouldn't dislike the blonde guy (Holly/Hawley/however you spell it) if his purpose was more focused than they've had him. He's an "ex"/oscillating lover to Jenny (which I was fine with! Let Jenny get some! Girlfriend deserves it). But no. He's got an interest in Abbie, even though he's pretty lazy about it, which is

Jesus, Devin Faraci is never right about anything. I don't know why you'd ever post rumors from him.

Just…so…boring.

I don't mind the new costume, but I do always hate to see a classic costume go. Jessica's costume itself wasn't even bad, she was always just a favorite for fan service art for whatever reason :p

Terrible. Notwithstanding the impossibly sized breasts she's been drawn with lately, Spider-Woman's costume is one of the very few absolutely perfect costume designs. This one is overly busy, doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense, and will be abandoned within 2 years.

I'm gonna be the old fogey and say I don't like it. It looks busy for the sake of being busy.
