The only way you could justify paying female players less is if you paid players by the set. Men would get paid more because they play best out of 5 sets while women play best of 3.

Those numbers come out to about 3 case per school over a 25 year period. Does anyone know the numbers for public schools in the same area? It would be good to compare.
