I think the disconnect is that healthcare is a human right, not just the right of a select group. We’ve had much greater success fighting toward high quality universal healthcare for everyone.

To be honest, I think it’s a distraction to make average people feel like elites, while glamorizing the idea of military service to the poor, so they march to the slaughter house enthusiastically.
