I think most have shut down. In Utah they're still around since it's a company with mormon roots and, they own a number of other companies here. They're of course in Wyoming, where they're headquartered out of.

Some of that depends on where you live. If I go to Sinclair stations, I can be assured it's absolutely U.S. oil, whereas I can't be assured at any other station.

The only thing I don't like about Fords is thhe clunky design of the controls. Aside from that, they're my favorite.

Aluminum is highly effective as a thermal conductor, but not in dispersing it. Another process has to be in place to cool the aluminum, therefore cooling the parts it is conducting the thermal energy for.
