I agree. I've been rather down on this season. It seemed like the humor has been skewing more toward poop/sex jokes (like the second episode). But the Hitchcock episode was great — and a nice break from that. B+

I had known about it for years, but didn't listen to it until the reissue came out last year. It's great. Crazy to think it was panned by so many critics when it came out.

Also… don't forget about Frank Black & Teenage Fanclub - The John Peel Session EP. There are some great covers on it. It's definitely worth tracking down.

'Tiny Town' was my first thought, too. Perhaps 'City of Dreams'? I don't think either of those would have worked well.
