@QBasicGorilla: I still have it all. 1st Ed. AD&D. I was cool with 2nd Ed. After that it just seemed to get silly and over-laden with stats. I liked having time to use my imagination rather than constantly using a calculator and re-writing out a character sheet from the constant erasing.

Always on. I need them due to hearing deficiencies (read as: loud stereos). I also tend to miss a lot of dialogue. I also tend to misunderstand what people have said due to even the slightest accent. It's nice to be sure of what someone says to keep up with what I should know at any given point in a game.

I'm no doctor but wouldn't a pilot of an F-18 experience high G-forces when flying? Nobody would expect that to possibly contribute to brain damage and push someone to eventually have seizures if they have a pre-existing undiagnosed condition, would they? Or am I missing something.
