I agree with this. Saskatchewan (Canada, non-mormon) recently lowered their BAC limit to 0.05 after many years of leading the country with DUI’s. The difference between someone who is 0.05 and 0.08 isn’t huge. They should be writing laws that are harsher on the 0.15+ instead of just expanding the range, imo.
