Because Google maps is better than Apple maps, and Apple won’t let iphone users use Google maps with CarPlay.

Yeah, it’s kinda ridiculous to not have both when like 80% of the world uses Android, hell, 50% of the US does!

And Prii! EVERYWHERE!! I’m seem to always be behind one.

FoST is bigger. That made my decision.

I also had a ‘95 YJ Rio Grande, lifted on 31 x 10.50 BFG Mud Terrains. 5th gear was useless, I miss it everyday.

Sync3 can be updated OTA.

I’ve used AA in my 2016 Focus, I honestly like Sync3 better. AA is slow to launch at times, Google Assistant never understands my voice. At least Sync3 does what I tell it to do. Sync3 also display the speed limit right on the map, AA doesn’t. It’s a nice start, but Google has a long way to go before the catch Sync3…

I agree, I drove both last year but but went with the FoST. To me, it was more fun to drive.

I just said the same thing about AA and Sync3.

I have to honestly say, I have AA in my Ford and I like Sync3 way better. AA is good for updated maps, but I get traffic, maps, etc through Sync3. Also way better than MS my touch mess Ford used to use.

I own an FoST and I can tell, you the interior means nothing to me, it’s about the drive. The car is just a joy to drive. That the reason I chose he FoST over the GTI. To me, the Ford was more fun.

Is the 2017 Focus even out yet? Ford still has the 2016 on the website. I know other 2017s have version 2.0, but I figured they were waiting until the Focus is out to release the upgrade. (I have a 2016 Focus ST ST2)

Really! Damn! Boring! This is the reason I hate them. I had a rental corolla a few weeks back when my Focus ST was in the paint shop. It was like driving a marshmallow. They are reliable, but good lord are they boring.

They are EXACTLY Apple. They get a pass for issues, other manufactures don’t. People buy into the brand and it brainwashes people.
