Nope... Pre-wife is female...

Whenever I see one in Portland, along with the Zipcars, my first thought is “Your other car is probably a bicycle, and you don’t know how to drive that either”

I’m actually about an hour or so north of Portland although I-90 across is probably how we’d go. There’s a bunch of things in the western half of the US that we want to see, I have a big giant loop planned but I think it’s more likely we will break it up into chunks that can be tackled in a long weekend versus a week

I’ve been there twice, once when I was I think 4 and didn’t remember much, and again when I was 21. Was there the week before the Jeep Safari and managed to get my Subaru stuck ROFL

well, this one will be wife 3.0 so hoping third time is the charm! First one was batshit crazy, second one kinda went off the deep end and had an affair with some loser at her work...

This is sort of the road trip I want to take my pre-wife on (She hates “fiancee”)... Washington across I90 to Montana, down to Wyoming through Yellowstone over to Mt Rushmore, back over and down through Denver and either from there over to SLC to Nevada back up to Washington, or go south into New Mexico and see some

The Bloodhound Gang have a song that’s the ten best things about New Jersey, and it’s ten seconds of silence.

For me it’s (waiter, etc..): “Can I get you anything else” me: “A million dollars, a winning lottery ticket, and a carload of spending money” And the usual response is “If I had a million dollars, you think I’d be working here?”

Pikes Peak Escudo

When I was in high school my best friend’s cousin had a Honda Passport that she always called her “truck”. We were all hanging out once and she said something about her truck and some rando was like THAT’S NOT A FUCKING TRUCK TRUCKS HAVE TAILGATES... So she walks over, opens the back glass, and flips the tailgate

lol well, if I was looking at new I’d probably be buying a CPO anyway unless I wanted some specific combination that I had to special order or something. Especially with RR/Benz depreciation. Subaru? Absolutely would buy new.

Ya, for 80 grand if I was buying new and needed more hauling/towing capacity than an Ascent, I’d be looking at a CPO Range Rover or GLS although if this beast was $40k...

Durea Hillclimb in Reading, PA is on my bucket list.

No need to be sorry, I’ve just never heard that term before :-P

28 foot Budget moving truck. Had a de-tuned Cat C10 and was governed to 60mph. It managed 10 mpg, and my Dodge truck that was following managed 24 mpg.

When I moved into my house, I approached my steep driveway from the wrong angle and managed to high-center the truck... I heard the bumper scrape so I did the only sensible thing and backed up a bit and then gunned it, ended up with the drive wheels a good 6" off the ground, and the hitch buried in the asphalt. That

eavestrough? Is that Canadian for rain gutter?

Taking a wild guess the car/monster is from the Pacific Rim franchise?

$1000 a month and they still pick and choose what shit they want to pay for. I had one company refuse to pay a $12 lab fee or something because they said it was unfounded, I called them up and was like between me and my employer you received $1200 in premiums last month, you can pay a fucking $12 lab fee...

Politicians in general don’t know shit about shit.
